Returns

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking proof.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@ovamariaaporter. Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase to ensure availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.

Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Restrictions
