Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking proof.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@ovamariaaporter. Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase to ensure availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.

All orders are processed within 1–5 Belgium business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. During high demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within Belgium and to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. If your address falls under these categories, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Changes and Cancellations
